1. Agreement to Terms

By uploading files, accessing media, or utilizing the Pomf API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use the platform.

2. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content

You may upload media, images, audio, video, zip archives, and documents. You agree NOT to upload, distribute, or facilitate access to:

• Executable binary files (.exe, .dll, .scr, .bat, .cmd, .msi, .vbs, .ps1).
• Web script payloads (.html, .htm, .js, .mjs, .php, .asp, .jsp, .svg) designed for web defacement or XSS.
• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or non-consensual personal imagery.
• Malicious software, ransomware, trojans, or phishing payloads.

3. File Retention & Automated Expiration

Files uploaded with an expiration timer (5m, 1h, 1d, 7d, 30d) are automatically purged upon expiration. Non-expiring files remain hosted indefinitely unless flagged for abuse or deleted using a valid deletion key.

4. Password Protection & Security

Files protected with a download password require password verification for access. Users are solely responsible for managing their download passwords and deletion keys.

5. Service Disclaimer & Abuse Purge Policy

The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind. Violating files will be permanently purged without notice.
